We started Cater Repair UK because we saw too many kitchens let down by slow response times and engineers who didn't truly know the equipment. We built something different.
Who We Are
Our Story
Cater Repair UK was founded by working engineers who spent years on the tools servicing commercial kitchens across London. We knew the equipment inside out — Henny Penny pressure fryers, Rational combi ovens, Pitco deep fryers — and we knew how much a breakdown costs a busy kitchen.
We set up to offer something the market was missing: fast response, genuine expertise, and honest pricing. No call centres, no subcontractors who've never seen the machine before. Just certified engineers who know what they're doing and get there quickly.
Today we cover London and the surrounding counties, serving takeaways, restaurants, hotels, schools, hospitals, and contract caterers. Every job is handled by our own engineers, every time.

Factory-trained on Henny Penny, Rational, and Pitco equipment. We know these machines to manufacturer specification.
Fully mobile
We come to your premises and carry out the work, meaning less down time and more efficient repairs.
Warranted work
Repairs carried out comes backed with a 3 month warranty.
Fully Insured
£5 million public liability insurance. All work is fully covered — your kitchen and equipment are protected.
